Summerfield Associates President Dotty Summerfield Giusti was recently featured in Memphis Business Journal’s “Women Who Lead” series, which celebrates local entrepreneurs and spotlights women who have broken through the glass ceiling and helped define their organizations.

Dotty founded Summerfield Associates Inc. 34 years ago, following a decade of previous work in the sector. She handles the day-to-day management of her boutique woman-owned firm, offering contract, contract to hire, and direct hire recruiting and consulting services.

Dotty has previously been recognized for her work reforming and setting new standards of ethical practices for the recruiting and staffing industry, receiving the National Association of Personnel Services Norbert I. B. Fried Ethics Award.

MBJ’s feature ends with Dotty’s next professional goal: “Ensuring continued partnerships and providing the highest level of quality to our clients in all of the work that we do. As we conduct our business in a confidential and ethical manner, we will provide growth for our community, our clients, and our incredible staff.”

Thank you, Dotty, for leading the way and setting the standard for high-quality recruiting and staffing in our city.
