After more than 10 successful years in the contingency search recruiting industry, Dotty Summerfield Giusti set off on her own and formed Summerfield Associates, Inc. in July of Dotty and her team specialize
in national recruiting assignments in the areas of Information Technology,
Human Resources, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Distribution and Logistics. Since 1995, 41,140,264 dollars have been returned to the Memphis economy in placement salaries by Summerfield Associates, a figure that is an ongoing source of deep pride.

She has also served as a
Judge for the highly respected MBJ Small Business Awards Event, where
nominees praise her feedback as influencing their businesses in tangible,
positive ways. She is a native Memphian and together with her high school sweetheart husband Jim, they boast of their five grown children and 8 grandchildren. Dotty is a leader who seems to know everyone in town and have her finger in every pie, with these many connections benefitting clients and colleagues alike. From a credential framework, Dotty attained Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 1993. The Tennessee Association of Personnel Services recognized her many times as a Top Producer in her field. In October 1999, she received the Norbert I.B. Fried Ethics Award from the National Association of Personnel Services,
honoring her as an outstanding leader who has led the industry to a higher
ground through innovation, vision and positive enhancements. For all
her many achievements, in 2016, Dotty was duly recognized as a Super
