Say hello to Reba White, Summerfield Associates’ Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialist! Her key responsibilities include networking, researching job databases, building client relationships, and recruiting for multiple clients across a wide range of industries. “My favorite part of my job is when someone I’ve placed in a temporary position lets me know they are now in a senior level role,” she says. “I know we’ve done our job!”

Born and raised in Memphis, Reba holds a BS degree in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Human Resources from Ashworth College in Georgia. She is also a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).

Reba began her career with Kelly Services in 2002, where she started as the Administrative Assistant and quickly worked her way up to Senior Staffing Supervisor/Recruiter. She appreciates Summerfield Associates for the flexibility and the environment.

In her time off, Reba loves to read – she enjoys many different genres – and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Fun fact: Despite 20 years in the industry, Reba had never recruited for construction jobs. The pandemic changed that! She learned by trial and error to successfully place electricians, engineers, and industrial machine operators.
