Lisa has over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and It Recruitment. Throughout her career, Lisa has placed hundreds of individuals in Fortune 500 companies both contract and direct hire. She has won many awards and accolades from Account Manager of the Year to Recruiter of the Year. Acting as a consultant to both the candidate and client, Lisa enjoys placing the IT professional in their dream job while making an employer ecstatic over their new team member. While some recruiters focus either client or candidate, Lisa believes in developing relationships with both. Only then will you find the “right fit” for both the client and the candidate.

Lisa graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. She is working on her Master’s in Human Resource Management. She also holds recruiting industry credentials as a National Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a National Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS).
